What Economic costs can be created by redundancies?

Like From what effect industries have leaving a local community and creating redundancies.

the main problems redundancies create nationwide for taxpayers are:
- the more people who claim benefits, the more money the governmwnt will need, therefore ‘G’ is increasing, yet decreasing ‘C’, in other words the government needs more money, yet when workers get made redundant, this then causes them to spend less on goods and services resulting in the government recieving even less tax but the government has to pay them even more benefits.
