I recently opened a new credit card and noticed that my fico score plumetted 50 points after doing so. How long will it take for credit score to get over the fact that I opened a new account and regain those 50 points?
i have been in the process of repairing my credit and paying off debt. i was wondering what my chances of getting a credit card with some type of rewards plan are.. im planning a wedding so i thought i could put thingson the card and of course pay them off right away and still get all the credits.
With a credit card score of 865, what kinds of excellent benefits will there be? I am just curious. I know an average score would be in upper 600′s.
How is bad credit and good credit determined, and given my situation, how do I make it better.
Please help because I’m thinking about giving a credit card a try since people owe hundreds and thousands of dollars on them, and somehow continue to be approved. Don’t get it.
My credit card issuer decided to just close it.
So, how will that look on my credit report? Should I just try and pay it off asap?

I’ve applied in the past like a few years back for various dept. stores and was denied. Ive since quit applying for them and my credit score has risen as well.
