UK Credit Cards

I heard today the UK economy has the lowest unemployment levels in a long time and they forecast it go get even higher by 2009. What I want to know is is it possible for everyone in the world to have shelter, food, clean water and clothes, with a stable economy where one trades with the other and we all trade with each other nicely, or is that not possible? Can it be a reality if every country in the world produced and we all traded with one another, and if they was 100% employment in the UK would this be possible firstly and would it mean other countries starve? or does a booming economy for one country mean poverty for another?
When I stated 100% employment, I meant 0% unemployment, same statement

I am from Canada and want to go to university of Hawaii for undergard, can you get student loans because I’ve heard that you can only get them from canadian banks if you are going to school in canada, would I have to do it with a US bank? Also does anyone know how to get healthcare insurance for studying in the us on a visa?

does the combination of strong dollar and bad economy exist. Or it can never exist.

From the way things are going currently… it looks like the dollar is becoming stronger comapred to other currencies like Euro, Pound , indian rupees , chinese currency etc ……but at the same time the economy of US is getting worse comapred to china and india….( maybe UK and europe too )

If this continues . . . is there a possibility of “strong dollar and weak economy” for the US

If that happens I am sure the standard of living of the people in the US will deteriorate. For example not everyone can have a BMW and mercedes as easily as they did in the past !

My fiance just completed her Phd and is now doing a post-doctorate fellowship at the Veteran’s Hospital. She was initially told that she is not required to begin repaying her student loans until the fellowship is complete, but is now being told by her loan servicer that she must begin repayment. Does anybody have any good information on this topic?
