Will a credit card payment that was 3 days late effect my credit score?

My boyfriend is freaking about because his credit card payment was 3 days late (and the one time it was late before, his credit went down 100 points! We just recently checked his report). Will this late payment effect his score, or does it usually have to be a certain number of days late before they report it to the credit beuraus?

I am going to place a PayPal option on my website (the standard account) where the buyer can only buy one item at a time after the price (shipping, etc.) has been decided. I am aware of PayPal’s fees, but do the credit card companies also charge me a fee for accepting payment? If so, approximately how much are credit card company fees? I want to use PayPal’s email billing option so that the buyer can choose his method of payment.

I have a costumer that owe me $2500, he wants to pay me with credit card. I dont have any credit card account machine. So I opened an account with paypal and I read that paypal charge 2.9%. How long does it takes to receive payment from a credit card?
I know that the 2.9% fee is good, but my question is how long does paypal takes to deposit the money to my account. Because usually credit cards payment takes more than debit cards.
