There is fear the property industry will be hit with the cost. Home info packs threaten disruption Home seller’s pack threatened by lack of inspectors Information packs will ‘destabilise housing market’ Anti house-pack campaign stated the £1,000 home sellers packs should be axed, When an inspector calls ‘It will be like a doctor examining a patient with their clothes on’ Lenders generally in support of Home Information Packs. House information packs ‘half-baked and dangerous ”Hips will harm economy’ claim Estate agents: what’s in it for us.
The pack consists of a Energy Performance Certificate. This part of the Home Information Pack is required to meet the in order to meet the requirements of the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. Initially the cost of a Home Information Pack, including the Home Condition Report, was estimated to be around £600 by the Government. Compulsory documents are Home Information Pack Index, Energy Performance Certificate, Sales statement, Standard searches (local authority enquiries, drainage and water search)Evidence of title, Additional information for leasehold and commonhold sales, where appropriate.

Try and get into the discipline of a regular daily time slot say minimum one hour for guitar practice. Break down that time into segments of practicing different areas. So for example the first ten minutes is warm up exercises which can be chromatic scale patterns covering the guitar neck up and down. At a speed that allows the notes to be played cleanly. Try to increase slowly with accuracy in time.

When practicing try and be disciplined about your time, ideally one hour a day minimum.
Split the time up into various practice sections. So for example the first five minute maybe of warm up scales, patterns or runs, followed by ten minutes of chords. Next ten minutes for ear training for example try and play along with a recorded song or chord sequence.
