Added husband to my credit cards, he has used them and has left me owing. How do you talk to the credit card people in order to get the best plan? What questions do I ask? I want to know the terms or words I should use?

I have 28k in student loans. The minimum payment is 188 a month. Some months I cant even afford that. What will I do? The only good news is that I have consolidated them and have a good interest rate. Other than that, I dont know what to do. Buy a house and when I sell it in X amount years, use some of the profit to pay it off? Any other ideas?

I pay my monthly Bally Total Fitness (gym) membership with my credit card. What happens when my credit card expires and I don’t give them my updated card info.? Does my account with the gym get suspended or will the fees add up and they will charge me?

So, if my friend Bob and I bought a shopping center together, and on the contract, it says he has 50% of the share, and I have the other 50%, legally, does he have an obligation to pay for 50% of the monthly bank loans? Is there law stating that?

I will be attending graduate school this coming fall. While relocating I’ve racked up some credit card debt. I intend to work while in college but for the first month I will be strapped for cash. I know you can only use your federal school loans for tuition, room and board, and other related expenses. Nevertheless, would be a problem if I used part of my loan to pay for this coming credit card bill?

I have 3 student loans out from college: 1 state, 1 federal, and 1 from my bank and a maxed out credit card that I am paying off. Is there a way I can consolidate all of these together for a lower monthy payment? Right now I pay each bill seperatly and the interest rates keep climbing! Any advice? I am under the impression that I cannot consolidate state and federal loans together…am I wrong about this?
