How to know if youre giving out credit card information to a trustworthy site?

Saturday, April 16th, 2011

Im relatively new to shopping online, how do you know if youre giving out credit card information to a trustworthy site? Ive NEVER given out my social security number to anyone or anything but my bank, is it possible for someone to steal your identity with just your credit card number and your name? Also, when i shop online, im actually using a debit card, but its always worked for me. So speaking hypothetically, were someone to steal your debit card number, and theres no money on it, could they still use it?

your lying governmet, mass media and economy. you know that?

Let’s know this please,
A real fact about Israel, America and the European supporters.
Now, what do I have now? Ummmm! Ok,
First of all, I wanna tell a little about the stupidity of America, honestly, read this and please give your self the chance to think, please think, why you still refuse to think?
Yes, I called it stupidity, and stupidity of American people, … we have the right of speech right? Then I hope nobody will report me to YA!.
Now I start with the newest: the economical crisis, yes, America is the biggest loser in it, but look and remember what Obama said?! “THE CHANGE WE NEED”
Have a look at it, Obama goes to Israel, waering their tiny religious hat, acting on their wiping wall “cries”, read their book ” the Torah” and practice with them their religious ceremonies, promise them full support, and look at the support, billions of the U.S money every year, beside weapons. Knowingly that there are thousands of Americans who lost their houses and jobs beside many monetary problems. So? Can we call that a change? Obama’s first plan was to fix the economy, well, I think we are going deeper.
Check this links for that issue.:
WHERE YOUR TAXES GO!
Why does the USA support the state of Israel?

How much does America spend on Israel?

why do not we think and refuse the faults of the American government? People lose in their own country, while their country supports other country more than anything in their country!!!
Secondly, what about the media!? Do you really think you “Americans” own it? Do you really think so? Why cannot you think for a while about it>? Do you know the effect and the importance of mass media? I think you don’t know. Because if you knew you wouldn’t think that way and be like a doll in their hands, controlling even what they want you to know. The biggest ad so well-known companies of media are their now. Like Warner bros. Miramax, Washington post and many more.

Who wouldn’t want to work in the United Kingdom? The United Kingdom has the sixth largest economy in the world, and offers tremendous career opportunity for professionals from a variety of industries. If you are considering working in the United Kingdom, you don’t need to make the effort to find a job before you apply for a Tier 1 UK Visa. Instead, you can apply for your visa now by completing an application at the UK Border Agency’s website and have it on hand while you look for a great job opportunity. Then, once you find that perfect job in the United Kingdom, you can pull the trigger immediately and take advantage of the career opportunity presented to you.

With your Tier 1 UK Visa, you can search for the right job opportunity, and then you can work for up to two years. If your career opportunities continue or grow, you can apply for a three year extension as well, again through the UK Border Agency’s website. These visas are granted based on a points system that takes into account factors such as your age, your knowledge of the English language, your cash reserves, experience in the United Kingdom, business qualifications, and earnings from previous jobs. These factors will provide a sound basis to ensure that you have the wherewithal to support yourself financially once you arrive in the country.

Applying for a Tier 1 UK Visa is a somewhat lengthy process due to the various factors that are reviewed by the UK Border Agency when you submit your application. However, there is tremendous opportunity for you to further your career in the United Kingdom, so all of your efforts at applying for the visa will certainly be rewarded. These visas are not granted to everyone who applies, but if you are one of the select individuals whose application for the visa is approved, you will want to take full advantage of the incredible opportunity that is presented to you!

How do credit card companies know of fraudulent activity?

Monday, December 13th, 2010

I have had 2 cases with credit cards over the past year where the company contacted me about fraudulent activity even before it was listed on my account. One time I was asked about a charge from WalMart in another state. I haven’t even used these credit cards for months before they asked me about fraud charges on my cards. How does someone get my credit card numbers and how does the company suspect that it is fraud and it wasn’t my purchases?
