Financial advice. UK First Time buyer 95% mortgage?

Friday, January 7th, 2011

I keep tabs on the economy and I am aware of the current climate here in the UK regarding house prices. I realise it is a fools time to buy for most people. I am willing to put money where my mouth is and take a risk for the right deal but need financial backing.

With the ever shrinking available loans available, are there any up to date price comparison websites or up to date advice for a 95%-100% mortgage at 3-3.5x income?

An easy 10 pts and our thanks for someone who can point us in the right direction:)

Am I allowed to take a semester off to get on my feet in a new state and decide where I want to go to school? Or will my loans start coming in when the new semester starts and I haven’t enrolled anywhere? Thanks.

Why do they need to be bailed out? A little more than 65% of the American population have a credit score of less than 630 who were approved for different types of loans from financial institutions with a higher interest rate.
