Pay warning despite economic growth

Thursday, June 2nd, 2011

In the end, it will be the Malays who lose most
Malaysia is 54-years old. But to many of its citizens, the country sure doesn’t seem to be as matured as it should be. And Prime Minister Najib Razak – who at 58 is 4 years older – sure doesn’t behave his age either. His strategies have created the impression that Malaysia is little more than a flighty teenager, pimply and full of adolescent urges that destabilise public and investor confidence …

Why does the American mixed market system achieve economic success at the expense of social and moral decline?

Thursday, May 19th, 2011

(When I say social decline, I am refering to the lack of available social system resources) Furthermore, why does the UK’s free market system achieve economic success as well as maintain high standards of social services available to EVERYONE!? Should America progress towards a total free market system or is America’s social service failure and example of how free market economies don’t work?

Can economic policy changes save Gordon Brown in the next UK general elections?

Tuesday, May 10th, 2011

With inflation rising to 3.3% and a forecasted high of 3.9%, current cost of living at an all time high, official statements declaring that wages will not follow suit, the fuel crisis and 70p duty on every litre of fuel and the frequency of industrial action increasing, is the only way Gordon Brown and the Labour Party can rescue dwindling public support by rescuing the economy?? And does any one else wonder how Brown, who managed the economy for so long, has let things get so bad? And is Alistair Darling to blame for the current situation? Any thoughts??

When do you expect a global economic “upturn”?

Friday, April 22nd, 2011

I read the NZ Herald today and it seems to me that some have predicted its economy will get back to normal in year 2010. I’m not an expert when it comes to knowing about the economy, but I think it will take more time than that for it to fully stabilize. Plus, what do you think are the future prospects for a student like me who’s intending to study Accountancy in NZ. What’s your opinion – about countries like NZ, UK, Australia and Canada?

Wednesday, April 13th, 2011

If you can’t please don’t answer.
I don’t want to be called a racist. It has nothing to do with that.
I am concerned about our economy.
If you are too, then watch this short 4 minute video and let me know what his economic plans are and how that will effect you?

What affected the economic crisis in Asia and Europe? ?

Wednesday, March 9th, 2011

For example, stock markets in Asia has dropped, and the UK have recently bailed out their banks.

However, since I’m quite new to the world of economics, how has America or other factors SPECIFICALLY affected the economy around the world?

I ask this as I would like to understand the news, I’ve read news about how bad the economy has been around the world, but I still haven’t figured out WHAT caused this specifically.

Thanks
