Which of these is the best place to raise a family…?

Wednesday, May 18th, 2011

I was just wondering out of USA, New Zealand and Britain, which of these would be the best place to live for a surgeon who wants to raise a family. I’m looking for something with really nice but moderately cheap houses, low crime rates and a good economy. New Zealand (that’s where I live at the moment) is meant to be like Australia, in case you’re answering but you haven’t been to NZ. I hear that Canada is ideal too, but for now I’m just looking at New Zealand, USA and UK. Thanks :) .

UK best loan for bad credit?

Friday, April 29th, 2011

Hi,

I applyed for a loan a year ago from sainsburys bank and was accepted but I decided at the last min to not go ahead with it. After that I have taken out a few payday loans and paied them back in full on time. Now I want a small loan (about £1200) so I can move to a new place (I will use as deposit) but big banks are not accepting me. Any recomendations? And why would I have been refused? I dont make that much but have been accepted before, maybe due to our current economy? Thanks.

P.S: I know taking a loan is not a good think and should be avoided but I need to move place in 2 months and it’s urgent.

What’s the best credit card to get to help rebuild credit?

Thursday, April 14th, 2011

I want to get one credit card to rebuild credit. What’s the best one right now. I hear Capital One is a really bad one. We filed chapter 7 after losing a business and get tons of offers. I don’t plan on using it other than to just keep a small balance and show good payment history. We are working on getting back into a house in the next year. We sold our house to avoid foreclosure and are currently renting.

How to find the best credit card deals/rates?

Are the good resources that tell you about the best unsecured credit card offers. I need to consolidate down from higher interest cards, but all I know is the sollicitations that I get in the mail. How do I research the best options? My credit rating is good.

What is the best way to cancel a credit card?

Friday, April 1st, 2011

My credit rating is good, not bad. But I’ve heard that having too many cards can damage it. I know that calling is a bad way to cancell, plus they try to talk you out of it.

What is the BEST way to cancel, so the credit reporting agencies know that you canned the card, and not the reverse?

Which credit card company is best for first time applicant?

Thursday, March 31st, 2011

My daughter just turned 18 and is interested in getting a credit card. Which company is the best for someone who has no credit card history. With the recent credit crunch, it appears that more and more credit card companies and banks are getting tougher with applications.
