I already know how to get an online account, but I’m wondering what will it take to get a credit card from my local bank when you’re self-employed online. What do you need from your own website that would allow you to own your own credit card. Are there very vital documents involved that I would definitely need to obtain one from my local bank ? I have a student credit card with Chase, but I also want to open their amazon one because I buy tons of stuff from Amazon. Please relevant feedback only. Nothing about APR rate, risks, etc. I never spend more than 10% of what I have saved up in my checking account, thus I’ve never had one late payment in 3 years (I’m 22 now). Please leave that stuff out. Thanks.

I am looking into getting a Chase or Citi credit card but my bank account is with Bank of America. Can I still apply for and get a credit card from Chase or Citi without having a bank account with one of them?
The BoA credit card fails to impress me…

Let say you own the credit card companies money; but you just don’t wanna pay for some personal reason, but you got money in your bank account. Can they somehow get the money from your bank. Like by court order?
